We introduce the MesoAmerican tradition of using and honoring medicinal cacao. We celebrate cacao that has been specially prepared for its heart opening properties. It is said that the 18 inch or so journey from the head to the heart is one of the most challenging journeys we will take in our lifetime and also the most rewarding. The cacao helps us on our path to discover the power of the heart. We activate the cacao with breathing exercises and then let the cacao work it's magic as the owl butterflies swirl around the flight house in their celebration of day to night.
